As Agent ofRecord for your company, the Lorraine Y. Chavez Insurance Agency, Inc. will provide knowledgeable access to the group insurance system, professional customer service and efficient responses. We will provide agreed-upon benefit services including:
- On-site assistance with new employee orientations and other orientation meetings at all locations, as needed.
- On-site enrollment supportfor supplemental insurance, such as Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Term Life, Cancer andAccident products.
- Partner with Lovelace and Presbyterianfor writing andprocessing individual SCI applications.
- Coordinate andfacilitate contract negotiations and execution ofcontracts on behalfof your company at all locations.
- Obtain materials for compiling employee benefit packages.
- Provide quarterly review to analyze the eJfoctiveness ofthe benefits package.
- Assist in compliance with COBRA and HIPAA processes.
- Help members with disputed claims issues (we will be available either by telephone, email, in our office, or on-site).
- Provide updates on important health issues for employees.
- Provide updates on Federal and State legislative issues, and
- Take initiative in all renewal processes.
To insure the highest quality service, an Account Executive will be assigned to work directly with you to manage your benefit plan, and as a marketing partner with your staff to help identify and resolve employee benefit issues.
